Attila Kimpan prepares, prosecutes, and helps prosecute patent applications worldwide since 2006, in particular before the EPO. His expertise comprises opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO as well as coordination of appeal proceedings before the USPTO. He also has considerable experience in preparing IP due diligences.
Attila's work mainly focuses on the protection of intellectual property in the fields of physics, mechanical and electrical engineering, and mathematical applications for industry (“computer-implemented inventions”). Areas include medicine, aviation, automotive, sensors or measuring technology. More specifically, technical disciplines include signal processing, imaging, cryptography and artificial intelligence, to name just a few.
