As a German patent attorney and professional representative before the European Patent Office, Holger Glas supports inventors and companies from the chemical, chemical engineering and pharmaceutical sectors in securing patent and utility model protection for their products and processes. A large number of Holger’s cases relate to opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. He also prepares freedom-to-operate and validity opinions on behalf of clients, advises in patent conflict situations and assists German and international clients with the development of global patent strategies.
