On April 27, 2023, the European Commission presented four proposals for Regulations on supplementary protection certificates as part of the Intellectual Property Action Plan. In this article, Dr Gisela Grabow, together with Dr Bernadette Makoski LL.M., focuses on the two proposals for Regulations concerning supplementary protection certificates for medicinal products.
