ORIGINAL VS. IMITATION – Expert Forum on the 50th Plagiarius Awards

To mark the 50th anniversary of the “Plagiarius” negative award, Aktion Plagiarius e.V. and Maiwald are hosting a high‑level expert forum dedicated to the protection of intellectual property.

The event will focus on strategies for protecting trademarks, designs and patents before national and international bodies, the exchange of practical tools and enforcement mechanisms, and direct dialogue with managing directors, IP managers and patent attorneys from a wide range of industries.

The day will be rounded off by a curated Plagiarius exhibition and a joint dinner, offering ample opportunity for in‑depth discussions in an informal setting.

We look forward to welcoming participants to Wuppertal to reflect on five decades of efforts against product and brand piracy – and to look ahead to future challenges and solutions in IP protection.
