On February 22, our partner Dr.-Ing. Sophie Ertl held an inspiring panel on the subject “Making the most of your IP” at IAM IPBC Korea. Among other topics, the panelists discussed how to extract the most value out of patent portfolios while keeping costs down, learned tools and tricks for patent portfolio growth and savvy pruning, demonstrated the value of patents, as well as weighing patents versus trade secrets.
