Maiwald at “Tag der Gewerblichen Schutzrechte” in Stuttgart

On 15 July 2026, the “Tag der gewerblichen Schutzrechte” once again took place at the Liederhalle in Stuttgart, bringing together experts from industry, academia and private practice to discuss current developments in patent, trade mark and innovation law. Maiwald was represented by Susanna Heurung and Alexander Müller. In the expert forum, Susanna gave the talk „Von Miss Moneypenny und Origami Vögeln: Markenrecht mal anders“, offering engaging, practice-oriented insights into trade mark law from a different angle.
