Maiwald at the Life Sciences Legal Strategy Summit 2026 in Frankfurt

The Life Sciences Legal Strategy Summit (LSLS) will take place on 13–14 October 2026 at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel.

As one of Europe’s leading forums for legal strategy in the life sciences sector, the summit will focus on practical insights and strategic discussions around key legal issues in the life sciences industry, including IP, regulatory, competition and corporate law. It provides an excellent platform for interdisciplinary exchange, nuanced debate and senior networking within the European life sciences legal community.

Our colleagues Dr. Eva Ehlich, Dr. Anja Fux, Dr. Naho Fujimoto, Dr. Julia Mössinger, Dr. Marco Stief and Alexander Müller will attend the event in Frankfurt and we are delighted to support LSLS 2026 as a Platinum Partner.

We are particularly pleased that Dr. Eva Ehlich and Dr. Anja Fux will also contribute to the conference programme as speakers. On the first conference day, Eva Ehlich will join the panel “Co-ordination Publication and Protection: Balancing Patent Strategies Against Clinical Trial Disclosures”. She will also co-moderate the opening sessions on both days and contribute to the closing recap.

On the second conference day, Anja Fux will take part in the panel discussion “Convergence or Divergence? A Side-by-Side Comparison of Patentability Standards at the EPO and UPC”.
