Maiwald at LES APAC Conference 2026 in Seoul

The LES APAC Conference 2026 will bring together international experts in intellectual property (IP), licensing and technology transfer in Seoul on October 25–26. Held under the theme “IP in Motion, from K-Creativity to Global Prosperity,” the conference will address current developments and strategic challenges in protecting and commercializing intellectual property.

The programme will cover a broad range of topics, including global IP litigation, licensing strategies for generative AI, IP monetization and valuation, international trademark trends, and deal structures in the biopharma and healthtech sectors.

Maiwald will be represented by our colleagues Sebastian Herzog, Alexander Feil and Ronald Kick, who will attend the conference in Seoul. They look forward to engaging with international peers, exchanging expertise and gaining new perspectives on developments shaping the global IP and licensing landscape.
