Maiwald at C5’s 19th Annual Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation Forum in Europe

Maiwald will take part in C5’s 19th Annual Forum on Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation in Europe, which will be held on 19–20 May 2026 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam City Center. We are pleased that our colleague Dr. Ulrike Herr will be attending on site.

The conference is regarded as one of Europe’s key meeting points for the life sciences patent bar. It brings together leading litigators, in-house counsel, representatives of authorities and industry associations to discuss current legal and regulatory developments affecting the pharma and biotech sectors.

Over two days, the program will address, among other topics, the evolving case law of the Unified Patent Court, strategies for pan-European and national patent litigation, and recent EU regulatory changes.

We look forward to the exchange with practitioners from across Europe and to gaining further insights into the future of pharma and biotech patent litigation.
