INTA Seminar for Paralegals 2026 in Munich

2 Jul 2026

On Thursday, 2 July 2026, the International Trademark Association (INTA) will host the 2026 Seminar for Paralegals in Munich – a full‑day, German‑language programme specifically tailored to paralegals working in the fields of trademarks and brand protection.

The event will take place from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Literaturhaus München, Salvatorplatz 1, 80333 Munich. Participation is limited to 80 attendees. The seminar is free of charge; light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Maiwald is pleased to support the event as a sponsor and co‑organiser. Our colleague Susanne Ferstl (Senior Paralegal, Maiwald GmbH) will act as moderator together with Anke Heilmann (Kneipp GmbH). In addition, Susanna Heurung (Partner, Maiwald) and Pourya Vatankhah (CSC GmbH) will contribute as speakers.

The programme offers practical updates and insights on, among other topics:

  • classification of goods and services (GPTO),
  • trademark law from alternative perspectives,
  • brand protection at Paul Hartmann AG,
  • central administration and complex management systems (Ferrero),
  • new developments in trademark procedures (GPTO), and
  • recent trade mark case law and its impact (Noerr).

Alongside the specialist presentations, the seminar provides ample opportunity for networking and peer exchange during breaks and the joint lunch.
