Dr. Naho Fujimoto

German Patent Attorney

European Patent Attorney

UPC Representative

Naho Fujimoto advises and represents companies from the pharmaceuticals and chemicals as well as biotech industries with respect to patent prosecution proceedings worldwide. On account of her linguistic and cultural background, Naho’s Japanese clients naturally make up a large part of her workload, which have a focus on Europe. Naho also supervises and manages complex global patent families and portfolios, from filing to grant to post-grant procedures.

She has many years of experience in providing strategic advice on product-related projects, including conducting state of the art searches, preparing freedom-to-operate opinions, monitoring competitor activities, supporting clients in licensing negotiations and participating in opposition and appeal proceedings.
