A look back:
On 9 February 2018, the INTA TMA Meeting took place at the German Patent and Trademark Office in Munich, Maiwald for the first time acting as main sponsor of the event.
In six interesting talks, Mr. Sebele (GPTO), Ms. Vischer-Kippenhahn (Zwilling J.A. Henckels AG), Mr. Qiangqiang Li (WIPO), Dr. Kristin Ebersbach (GPTO Jena), Ms. Susanna Heurung (Maiwald) as well as Mr. Koebe (Audi AG) reported to the roughly 150 participants on “current developments in national and international trademark and design law”. Susanne Ferstl, a paralegal with Maiwald and organizer of the event as co-chair of the INTA Sub-Committee “Mini-Seminars” took over the presentation.
The results of the feedback questionnaire showed that the participants were very satisfied with the chosen topics as well as with the speakers. The next seminar planned for October 2018 at the ZGR in Munich on the topic of border seizures is already eagerly awaited. The meeting was followed by a networking event where a lively exchange of views took place between the participants, who also enjoyed the catering.
