Tobias advises international and national companies on all aspects of intellectual property law, with special emphasis on technical IP rights. In addition to conducting patent infringement litigation and negotiating and drawing up licensing agreements, Tobias advises on antitrust issues and handles matters concerning employee inventions. Further areas of expertise include providing legal support on IP aspects of M&A transactions, on IP utility models and design law as well as on German and European trademark law.
