With this edition we proudly celebrate the one‑year anniversary of MAIinsight!
This newest volume brings you articles on similarities and differences between current case law at the UPC (UPC_CoA_528/2024 and UPC_CoA_529/2024; Amgen v Sanofi) and established EPO practice with regard to inventive step.
