VPP Spring Conference 2026: Maiwald on site in Dortmund

The VPP Spring Conference will take place on 23–24 April 2026 at Kongress Dortmund. Over two days, the program will address current developments in intellectual property, combining high‑level presentations with practice‑oriented discussions and in‑person networking.

Key topics include:

• the deployment of new AI tools in the IP context,
• recent developments in case law and administrative practice,
• strategic challenges for IP departments (licensing, M&A, technology transfer),
• trademark issues in a demanding economic environment.

Speakers from industry, private practice, public authorities and academia will provide a balanced range of perspectives and foster an intensive professional dialogue. In addition to the technical program, the conference offers ample opportunities to connect within the IP community, including an evening event at Kongress Dortmund.
