Maiwald at the 33rd Annual IP Conference of the Fordham IP Institute in New York

The 33rd Annual IP Law & Policy Conference of the renowned Fordham Intellectual Property Institute will take place from 8 to 10 April 2026 at Fordham Law School in New York.

This year’s program has been expanded to 2.5 days, with new sessions starting on Wednesday afternoon. The conference brings together leading and emerging voices from government, the judiciary, academia and industry worldwide, offering a broad international perspective on current developments in intellectual property and technology. Participants can expect concise updates on major trends across key jurisdictions, thoughtfully structured scheduling to encourage deeper discussion, and outstanding networking opportunities.

The agenda spans patent law, trademarks, copyright and cutting‑edge technologies, with high‑profile speakers and panels. Maiwald will be represented on site by Dr. Eva Ehlich and Jeremias Wollschlaeger; We’re also honored to have Peter Thomsen joining us for this conference.
