Marie-Christine Müller

Attorney-at-Law

UPC Representative

Marie-Christine advises national and international companies on intellectual property issues with a particular emphasis on patent law. A key aspect of her work is providing strategic support in patent disputes – from procedural preparation to formulating arguments in complex national and cross-border situations. She also advises on the structuring of contractual agreements and protection of IP rights, particularly in connection with licence agreements and related competition law issues.

During her legal training, she gained practical insights from working in a commercial law firm in Düsseldorf and at the Foreign Office, which combined forensic perspectives with expertise in regulatory matters.
