Klaus Breitenstein provides advice and support to clients in securing, maintaining, enforcing and defending their patent and utility model rights. In addition to the knowledge and experience gained through his research work in the fields of organic and organometallic chemistry, he has also acquired particular expertise in the fields of chemical process engineering, polymers and polymer formulations, and pharmacy. Klaus advises clients on all questions of national and intellectual property protection in these fields and enjoys finding new and fresh approaches to problem-solving. The bulk of his work is carried out in German and English, although he also has a good basic knowledge of French, Spanish and Dutch.
