Maiwald at KINPA Conference 2026 in Seoul

The KINPA Conference 2026 will bring together leading intellectual property (IP) professionals and representatives of international businesses at Grand Walkerhill Seoul on October 28. Organized by the Korea Intellectual Property Association (KINPA), the conference will address key developments in IP creation, commercialization and utilization, as well as strategies for resolving IP disputes.

Maiwald will be represented by Sebastian Herzog, Alexander Feil and Ronald Kick, who will attend the conference in Seoul. We are particularly pleased that Sebastian Herzog, Patent Attorney and Partner at Maiwald, will also contribute to the conference programme as a speaker.

As part of Session 5, IP Creation, Sebastian will deliver an expert lecture entitled “Strategies to Secure and File European Patents” on October 28, from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.
