On 15–16 September 2026, the Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation at IP Litigation North America will take place at the Royal Sonesta Boston, bringing together U.S. life sciences IP leaders to develop and refine effective patent litigation strategies. The Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation track is the premier platform for in‑house counsel, patent litigators and IP leaders navigating the complex and fast‑evolving landscape of life sciences disputes.
