Physicist

After completing her degree in physics with a specialization in semiconductor technology, Martina worked in research and development in the field of Mobile Security and Secure Devices. Practicing at leading IP law firms, she has been advising German and international companies of varying size and strategic focus for many years. Her practice is characterized by a client-focused approach that places the individual commercial objectives and requirements of her clients at the forefront of her advice.

Her areas of expertise include medical technology, mechanical engineering, semiconductor technologies, and software. Drawing on extensive experience in the patenting of software-based inventions, especially AI-enabled technologies, she advises companies, particularly in this field, both strategically and on a case-specific basis. She also regularly appears as speaker at client seminars and public events.
