Ihr Profil
You have a university degree in biology, biotechnology or a related field
Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in various technology areas, e.g. biotherapeutics, green biotech, antibodies, gene therapy, and stem cells
You are a registered representative before the EPO
You have experience in drafting oppositions and patent applications as well as in handling opposition and grant proceedings before the EPO
You have experience in preparing FTO and validity opinions
You set the highest standards for the quality of your work
You are able to quickly grasp even complex technical and legal issues
You have excellent communication skills in English
