5th Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation Conference, Amsterdam

The “Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation Summit Europe 2026” is a key industry meeting for experts in pharmaceutical and biotech patent disputes in Europe and took place in Amsterdam from 19–21 January 2026.

Our colleagues Dr. Eva Ehlich, Dr. Anja Fux, Angela Zumstein, Dr. Julia Mössinger and Dr. Holger Glas attended on site, sharing valuable insights and contributing meaningful impulses in conversations and discussions. We are especially pleased that Dr. Eva Ehlich served as a speaker and brought her perspectives to the stage.

The conference covered, among other topics, cross‑border litigation strategies, current UPC developments, SPCs/PTEs and Bolar issues, as well as sector‑specific themes from MedTech to small and large molecules — including hot topics such as AI patentability, second medical use, skinny labels and competition law.
