Tetiana assists companies of all sizes, from start-ups to large corporations, in obtaining, defending, enforcing, and challenging intellectual property rights in Germany, Europe and worldwide. An important aspect of her work is preparing and filing patent applications with the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to conducting opposition and appeal proceedings, she also prepares expert opinions in the areas of freedom to operate, legal validity, and infringement. Tetiana also holds lectures for start-up companies and students. She primarily advises companies in the life sciences sector.
