We are especially pleased that Dr. Eva Ehlich served as a speaker and brought her perspectives to the stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference covered, among other topics, cross\u2011border litigation strategies, current UPC developments, SPCs\/PTEs and Bolar issues, as well as sector\u2011specific themes from MedTech to small and large molecules \u2014 including hot topics such as AI patentability, second medical use, skinny labels and competition law.
