Held under the theme <em>\u201cIP in Motion, from K-Creativity to Global Prosperity,\u201d<\/em> the conference will address current developments and strategic challenges in protecting and commercializing intellectual property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme will cover a broad range of topics, including global IP litigation, licensing strategies for generative AI, IP monetization and valuation, international trademark trends, and deal structures in the biopharma and healthtech sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maiwald will be represented by our colleagues <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maiwald.eu\/jp\/team\/sebastian-herzog\/\">Sebastian Herzog<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maiwald.eu\/jp\/team\/alexander-feil\/\">Alexander Feil<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maiwald.eu\/jp\/team\/ronald-kick\/\">Ronald Kick<\/a>, who will attend the conference in Seoul.
