His earlier doctoral research was carried out at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The focus of his work as a patent attorney is on patent grant and patent enforcement proceedings and includes opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO as well as nullity actions before the Federal Patent Court.
