Angela Zumstein is a partner and managing director at Maiwald. She is an internationally recognised German and European patent attorney with a strong pharmaceutical background. She coordinates patent prosecution for clients worldwide and manages large patent portfolios. She provides strategic advice on matters such as opposition and nullity actions, as well as on post-grant management of IP portfolios. Angela has particular expertise in the field of organic chemistry, including speciality chemicals, catalysts, polymer chemistry and chemical engineering. She also handles the grant and enforcement of supplementary protection certificates throughout the EEA.<\/p>\n
