We are delighted that Maiwald has once again been listed in all three key categories: <strong>Patent Filing<\/strong>, <strong>Litigation: Patent Attorneys<\/strong> and <strong>Litigation: Lawyers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The JUVE Patent rankings are based on independent research conducted by a specialised editorial team. The assessment includes market analysis, questionnaires and interviews with clients, competitors, lawyers, patent attorneys and other market participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In its editorial commentary, JUVE once again highlights Maiwald\u2019s strong mixed approach: the firm has a well-established and broad prosecution practice and is also highly active in patent disputes. Maiwald remains particularly visible in pharmaceutical and biotech patent cases, including on the side of generics and biosimilar manufacturers.
