They identify leading law firms and practitioners across more than 80 jurisdictions and assess expertise in a wide range of intellectual property practice areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Patent Prosecution ranking evaluates firms\u2019 activities relating to patent applications, including official proceedings and portfolio management advice. The Patent Disputes ranking covers judicial and extrajudicial patent enforcement and other patent-related disputes. The Trademark ranking highlights firms recognised for their expertise in handling trademark disputes and protecting brand rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To compile the rankings, Managing IP conducts extensive independent research, including interviews, surveys and analysis of publicly available information.
