Manuel Reiter’s clients mainly comprise companies and research institutes from the chemical, pharmaceutical and chemical engineering industries. His principal activities concern patent and utility model prosecution as well as opposition and nullity proceedings in these areas. He also prepares freedom-to-operate and validity opinions on behalf of clients.

As part of his doctorate and during a research period at the University of Tokyo, Manuel worked in the field of carbon fiber-reinforced plastics (CFRP) in the automotive industry. In addition to his activities in the field of organic and inorganic chemistry and polymer chemistry, he also advises on IP protection in relation to materials science.
