As one of the principal shareholders of one of Europe\u2019s largest design &amp; development companies, she has an insider\u2019s understanding of all that goes into the creation and design of new products, affording her unique insights into the problems confronting the sector. <br>Devising and planning international IP strategies adapted to the particular enterprise is something particularly close to her heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another important aspect of her work is competition law, advising on the advertising of medical or therapeutic products and on the procedures to be followed in cases of wrong appropriation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through her work as a consultant at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plagiarius.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aktion Plagiarius eV<\/a>, she is also familiar with the problems faced by smaller companies in enforcing their rights in other European countries.
