The transaction is valued at up to <strong>USD 425 million<\/strong>, comprising an upfront payment of <strong>USD 125 million<\/strong> and potential additional payments upon the achievement of specified development and regulatory milestones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliramitug is a first-in-class monoclonal antibody currently in Phase III clinical development for the treatment of transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM), a severe and progressive cardiovascular disease with significant unmet medical need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transaction further strengthens Royalty Pharma\u2019s portfolio of innovative biopharmaceutical assets while providing Neurimmune with additional funding to advance its research and development pipeline.
