The European Patent Office\u2019s Boards of Appeal revoked patents EP 2 827 845 and EP 2 827 885, which protected semaglutide&#8217;s oral composition. Novo Nordisk maintains that other patents in its portfolio continue to protect the drug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are pleased that we have successfully represented Hexal in this case.
