We are very pleased to congratulate\u00a0Dr Felix Schr\u00f6ter<\/a>, Dr Yajie Ruan<\/a>,\u00a0Christian Tietze<\/a>, Dr Ing Bohyun Lee<\/a> and Dr James Neuhaus<\/a> on passing the European Qualifying Examination (EQE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Felix<\/a> is a patent attorney at Maiwald.  His work mainly concerns prosecution and enforcement of IP rights in the fields of chemistry and pharmaceuticals.  This includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the areas of inorganic chemistry and colloidal chemistry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yajie<\/a> is a patent engineer at Maiwald where she provides support to the firm\u2019s engineering department. She specializes mainly in patent prosecution and opposition and appeal proceedings in the areas of telecommunications, signal processing, computer software as well as sensor technology and control technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christian<\/a> is a patent attorney at Maiwald. He specializes mainly in patent prosecution and oppositions in all areas of physics and engineering, in particular those relating to measurement technology, medical devices and electrical and mechanical engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bohyun<\/a> is a patent attorney at Maiwald. She focusses on intellectual property protection in the fields of mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering and physics. Her work involves securing, enforcing and defending patents and utility models, her professional advice being based on her competence and experience as chemical engineer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

James<\/a> specialises in industrial property rights in the areas of pharmaceutical and polymer technology, chemistry and chemical engineering, and draws on his in-depth chemistry expertise when drafting international and European patent applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
