Dr Violeta Mashkaryan
M.Sc. Molecular Bioengineering
Violeta Mashkaryan is a trainee patent attorney at Maiwald. Her specialist fields are biotechnology and pharmacy, with her core competencies being in cell biology, neurobiology and bioengineering.
During her doctoral studies at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases at the Technical University of Dresden she carried out research into Alzheimer's disease and developed methods for manipulating or activating neural stem cells.
Various scientific visits during her master's and doctoral studies led her to Portugal and the USA. Violeta Mashkaryan is the author of several scientific publications.
