Stefan Bianchin has many years of experience in national and international patent and utility model infringement cases. His dual qualification as a lawyer and European patent attorney makes him ideally qualified to assess both the legal and technical aspects of the cases he handles on behalf of clients, in particular with regard to coordination of infringement and validity proceedings. He also advises on licensing agreements, employee inventions and entitlement proceedings.
