The event took place both on-site in Austin, Texas, and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main focus was on recent developments and current aspects of IP practice from the U.S. and European perspectives In particular, the following topics were discussed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/uG7BNVNP8u4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court in EP &#8211; are you prepared?<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/XUFnR9T5KqY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eligible subject matter &#8211; an update from a U.S. perspective<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/3a9k_2vJ7oU\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/3a9k_2vJ7oU\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Priority &#8211; EP perspectives<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/uTXAlx3kTcg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Assignment issues and requests<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/aAkYa8J0Vaw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Support, amendments, and enablement &#8211; U.S. perspectives<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/1D2Oy0PM1Rc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Support, amendments, and enablement &#8211; EP perspectives<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/U9oUnql--Co\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Conclusion, questions and answers<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We would like to thank all the participants, speakers and our friends and colleagues from Oblon who made the symposium a great success!
