In addition to conducting transnational patent litigation and drafting of IP contracts, another very important aspect of his work relates to matters concerning the law on employee inventions. &#8220;In advising and representing clients Tobias at all times demonstrates outstanding commitment and brilliant legal and technical grasp of the issues&#8221;, says Dr Marco Stief, head of Maiwald\u2019s legal department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tobias Matschke studied law at the University of Augsburg and has been working as a lawyer at Maiwald\u2019s Munich office for six years.
